An old-world style sausage that is made with lean and tender cuts of coarsely ground pork and finely minced beef in natural hog casings. We do not add any poultry meat, extenders or monosodium glutamate (No MSG). This product is fully cooked and a light smoke is applied during the cooking process. Our German Franks are seasoned with a special blend of spices, paprika and a hint of garlic! They are vacuum-packed with 4 links per 14 ounce package and each link weighs in at 3.5 ounces. These frankfurters are great on the grill or just heat and eat at home with sauerkraut for an excellent lunch or dinner.
