Our Fine Leona is produced in a narrow diameter casing that sets it apart from all other bolognas. This product does not contain any poultry meat and is MSG free. Our Fine Leona is delicately seasoned with a special selection of spices and flavorings. Before cooking, it is filled into a vapor proof casing that extends shelf life. After cooking, the product is chilled and packed. Fine Leona Bologna is perfect for sandwiches and also fits great on a bagel.
