An old-fashioned delicacy that is made with pork liver and selected cuts of tender pork. The entire meat block is finely ground and mixed with a proprietary blend of ingredients including a variety of spices and dried onion. This un-smoked version is often referred to as “fresh” Braunschweiger and yet it is fully cooked! Of course, the finished product has a liver based flavor and it has a firm and sliceable texture. Our Natural Casing Braunschweiger is also MSG free and contains NO poultry meat! This product is a good source of vitamin A, iron and protein. Each piece is individually vacuum-packed in clear plastic for “buy” appeal and shelf life.
